Overview
Patofy is a comprehensive multi-tenant SaaS platform designed to solve 'Operational Chaos' for service-based SMEs. It replaces the fragmented stack of notebooks, personal phones, and spreadsheets with a single, AI-driven automation layer. It serves as a centralized 'Command Center' for managing leads, reputation, and revenue.
The Challenge
SMEs face a 'Growth Ceiling' caused by operational fragmentation. Critical business functions exist in silos: communication happens on social media, payments through Mobile Money, and customer records in physical notebooks. This disconnection makes it impossible to track Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), automate retention (Reactivation), or scale reputation. The technical challenge was to engineer a unified 'Automation Layer' that could bridge these disjointed protocols into a single stateful workflow, eliminating the manual friction that causes revenue leakage at every stage of the client lifecycle.
The Solution
I architected a scalable solution using Payload CMS v3 (Monorepo) to handle complex multi-tenancy. The core is an 'Agentic AI' system built on Voiceflow that integrates directly with the WhatsApp Business API. The system treats customer interactions as stateful journeys, allowing it to autonomously handle inquiries, book appointments, process payments, and trigger reactivation campaigns without human input.
Key Results
The platform successfully transforms social media channels from chaotic chat tools into structured growth engines. It enables businesses to operate 24/7, capturing leads instantly and automating the entire '4-R' loop (Reception, Reputation, Reactivation, Referrals) within a single unified dashboard.
